why is it needed for all of us?
A class action lawsuit is where a greater number of citizens take legal action together, against a common perpetrator, for the same issue at hand.
The British Broadcasting Corporation have provably, consistently and shamelessly lied to the British public and to the world. They have presented themselves as an angel of light; of truth, impartiality, education and fairness.
They are anything but this….
The BBC is in routine breach of its own charter and guidelines. It should lose its public funding on this ground alone.

The first phase is national and global research.
We are inviting every licence fee payer and every UK citizen to join this national discourse on taking a class action lawsuit against the BBC, because this affects every single one of us, whether you pay the licence fee or not. The goal of this discourse is to hear from every single person who has ever paid the TV Licence Fee.
We really want to hear your opinion on this class action. Should it be taken? Why? What for? How?

phase 2: planning
This class action is unprecedented and revolutionary. So the planning involved needs to be of the highest order.
Planning involves co-ordinating the opinions, ideas, solutions and resources from the British public as to how we can bring about true justice from the BBC for their heinous crimes.
This requires great levels of clarity, communication, trust, transparency and responsibility from everyone involved.

There are two outcomes at hand for the BBC:
Either a complete overhaul and reform of the company in how it serves the public.
Or final closure.
In either case, UK citizens must have justice. The mainstream media has had its day of lying to the public. The BBC cannot deceive us any longer. Once a final decision is made together, we will be moving forward to take further class action lawsuits against the UK government and government agencies, including HMRC and The Insolvency Service.
This class action is not an ending, it is the beginning of UK citizens reclaiming their voice in truth, justice and responsibility.

why did we decide to launch a class action lawsuit against the bbc?
Since 2021, Lighthouse Global has been the target of a malicious smear and hate campaign. In 2023 the BBC created a slanderous hit-piece on Lighthouse. Even before their broadcast we have sought a fair response and we have been ignored, shut down, mocked, even accused in criminal courts, for our efforts. We know that ours is not the only situation.
The BBC and UK Government work to suppress and oppress British citizens while making them pay for it. Yet almost no one is prepared to stand up to the ‘Goliath’ BBC because they, like us, lack the resources. The BBC knows this and this is why we need to come together as a nation to stand up to these tyrants.
